Giving Doctor's a voice is essential while they are under professional distress.  Experiences of doctors must be collated. The GMC, MPTS, employers and other governing bodies must hear this and change to comply with the "DOCTORS CHARTER".

In 2022, the Voice of Doctors collected data about the existing investigation process and system of investigation undergone by the doctors. List of objectives for doctor’s charter were identified and related questions on the doctor’s investigations were raised to seek doctor’s opinion. The data gathered by the voice of doctors is currently being analysed and will be published soon.

Our next action will be towards submitting a petition on the need for Doctor's charter to the DfH. We have created a digital platform for the Voice Of Doctors for collaborating, sharing and disseminating the support needed for the doctors in distress. 

Together, as one voice, we stand to bring in a change and build a better future for doctors.
